Acceptance of terms and conditions
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the spa9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as any related policies published by spa9, including Privacy Policy and responsible gaming policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the spa9 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms apply to all users of the spa9 platform, including visitors, registered users, and any party accessing content or services through spa9.bet or its official app.
Account creation and security responsibilities
Eligibility and registration

Users found to be registering multiple accounts to obtain multiple benefits may face account suspension or forfeiture of all associated winnings.
Password and account security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. spa9 recommends using a strong password and not sharing your account details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact spa9 customer support immediately. spa9 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use resulting from your failure to safeguard your account information.
Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and while using the platform. spa9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to be using false or misleading information, and fund withdrawals may be placed on hold pending successful identity verification.
Platform usage rules and prohibited activities
Spa9 users agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities, and any actions falling within these categories, are strictly prohibited on the platform:
- Engaging in any form of fraud, market manipulation, or activity designed to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's systems.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from spa9.
- Sharing or transferring account funds to unauthorised third parties through the spa9 platform.
- Accessing the platform via proxy networks or VPNs with the intent to conceal your actual location and circumvent jurisdictional restrictions.
- Taking any action that may damage, disrupt, or impair the functionality of the spa9 platform, servers, or infrastructure.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts, spa9's internal systems, or databases.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, freezing of funds, and legal action if deemed necessary by spa9.
Payments, deposits and withdrawals
Currency and payment methods
All transactions on the spa9 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via a range of local payment methods, including Boost, GrabPay, and online banking through supported Malaysian banks. spa9 is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by third-party payment service providers.
Transaction verification
All deposits are subject to system verification before being credited to your account. Withdrawals require successful identity verification, and the registered bank account name must match the name of the registered spa9 user. spa9 reserves the right to place any suspicious withdrawal request on hold pending the completion of an internal investigation.
Bonus terms and wagering requirements
Any bonus or promotional credit applied to your account is subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant offer's terms. Winnings derived from bonus credits cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fully met. spa9 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or fraudulent activity.
Liability limitations and account suspension policy
Spa9 liability limit
Spa9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical delays, or system errors beyond spa9's reasonable control. In all circumstances, spa9's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account suspension and closure
Spa9 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, suspected fraud, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining funds in the account may be subject to review prior to release, depending on the outcome of an internal investigation.
Intellectual property
All content on the spa9 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software compilations — is the exclusive property of spa9 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from spa9.
Amendments to terms, third-party links and governing law
Right to amend terms
Spa9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on spa9.bet. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest version of the terms.
